Terms and conditions for booking our cottage in the Morvan

Booking deadline:

A minimum of one day’s notice is required so that we can accommodate you in the best possible conditions.

Minimum booking period:

  • The minimum stay is two nights during the low season.
  • During the summer holidays, bookings are on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
  • During school holidays, the minimum booking period is 4 nights.
  • Outside school holidays and weeks containing a public holiday, the minimum booking period is 2 nights.

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of your stay, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your stay, only the cleaning fee, tourist tax and additional departmental tax will be refunded.

Payment conditions:

  • If you book more than 30 days before the start of your stay, an initial payment of 50% of the rental amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days before your arrival.
  • If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Deposit:

  • A deposit of €500 is required upon arrival (by cheque, not cash).
